This Maintenance free white ceiling is vinyl soffit, and completed the conversion of this store from Circuit City to NAPA Auto Parts .

These screen rooms can be erected within a time frame of one day to one week. The free-standing one in the large photo above was built in one day on an existing slab. The average build time is three days, weather permitting. (Savannah, GA.)

The picture with the blue awnings was a window replacement job. There were twelve windows on this job, and construction took one day. Other picture show hurricane shutters and vinyl stone siding. These jobs are in the Savannah, Georgia area.

This project is a shed style roof that was added to the back of the existing house, adjacent to the swimming pool, with matching white vinyl siding and aluminum columns. (Richmond Hill, Georgia)

After Renovation: This cottage is located in Isle of Hope, Georgia, and will actually be for sale soon. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath frame up restoration including: Wymberley Yacht club membership (seven minute walk), 130 mph roofing, Dp 50+ windows and doors, siding, wirsbo pex plumbing, whirlpool bath tubs, Rinnai Tankless Gas water heater, 200 amp electrical service with ceiling fans, 15 seer high efficiency heating and air conditioning, Icynene foam on roof line, walls, crawl space. It also has new 5/8" drywall, porcelain tile, hardwood floors, and 20/20 gnat screen on two screen porches and all window screens.
